1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Timeline
1.1.1 All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise specified.
1.1.2 Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products may require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
1.1.3 Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

1.2 Order Confirmation
1.2.1 An order confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon successful payment.
1.2.2 Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
2.1.1 Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
2.1.2 Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.

2.2 International Shipping
2.2.1 International shipping charges vary based on destination and product weight.
2.2.2 Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
3.1 Domestic Orders:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

3.2 International Orders:

  • 7–14 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Packaging Standards
4.1 All enRiched-n-Art products are securely packed in branded packaging.
4.2 Premium and Signature pieces are packed with additional protective layering.
4.3 We ensure moisture-resistant and transit-safe packaging for resin jewelry.

5. Tracking Orders
5.1 Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS upon dispatch.
5.2 Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems.
5.3 In case of delay beyond 10 business days (domestic), customers may contact support.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
6.1 Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
6.2 If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping charges shall apply.

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
7.1 Customers must record an unboxing video upon receiving the parcel.
7.2 If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the parcel OR

  • Mention "Received in Damaged Condition" on delivery slip

7.3 Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.
8. Delays Beyond Control
enRiched-n-Art shall not be liable for shipping delays due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic situations

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Strike or force majeure events

9. Partial Shipments
9.1 In rare cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
9.2 Customers will be notified if partial shipment occurs.
